Graham City Hall is located at 612 Elm Street in the heart of downtown Graham. City Hall is open to the public Monday- Thursday 7:45 am-5:00pm Friday 7:45am-12:15pm. The following departments are located at City Hall: Building Inspections, City Manager’s Office, City Secretary’s Office, Human Resources, Customer Service, Finance, and Purchasing.
