The Graham Industrial Association was founded in 1956. For over 50 years, the Association has been the leading proponent for economic growth in Graham. It has played a part in creating over 1000 jobs and has seen the development of over 1 million sq ft of industrial buildings. Companies that have located through the Industrial Associations have had annualized payrolls in excess of 10 million dollars.

In 1993 the city overwhelmingly passed the Economic Development Sales Tax and created the Graham Economic Development Corporation. In 2005, the Corporation was converted to 4B status and the Graham Economic Improvement Corporation was formed. Sales tax revenues have been used to build a 30,000 sq ft building that is currently the home of Shock Watch Corporation and to add arena space to the Young County Arena, one of the premier horse show arenas in this part of the state.

The Graham Industrial Association has buildings available for businesses interested in relocating to Graham. The buildings range in size from 16,000 sq ft to 122,000 sq ft. The association also has land available for development and an Industrial Park with all utilities on site.
